Conveyors Pulleys are the most critical components of a conveyor system and their failure may lead to severe damage and down time. Unoptimized and inefficient pulley designs can lead to excesive power consumption, belt slippage and an overall reduction in conveyor system efficency.

"STALLION" Pulleys are manufactured from finest quality steel pipe and conform to BIS - 8531. The range of Conveyor Pulley covers all types such as Drive Pulley, Non Drive Pulley, Snub Pulley, Bend Pulley etc.

The Pulleys are fabricated considering their nature of duty and the performance required. Special Care is taken for maintaining its trueness and balancing.

Conveyors Pulleys can be supplied in all sizes with either bare faces or lagged in Chevron/Herringbone patterns. Rubber lagging has a hardness of 60 ± 5º Shore 'A'. Crowned pulleys can also be provided.

The pulleys can be supplied with or without plummer blocks. The plummer block is equipped with self-aligning ball bearing or self-aligning double-row spherical roller bearing or tapered roller bearings. The bearing is sealed on both side by suitable seals depending upon degree of protection required. All pulleys are statically balanced.
